Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
At least 12 years experience as an HR
Strong Background In Compensation & Benefits Preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Willing to work night shift, MondayFriday (8:30am to 5:30 pm )
Willing to be assigned onsite in Mandaluyong
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Compensation & Benefits administration (payroll coordination, incentives, and salary processes)
Address employee inquiries related to pay, benefits, and HR policies
Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Assist in HR reports and employee engagement initiatives
