As the HR Sourcing Lead, you are the strategic head scout of our recruitment engine. While recruiters focus on the interview process, you and your team are responsible for the top-of-the-funnel strategy. Your mission is to lead a team of specialists to find, engage, and warm up high-potential talent before they ever apply. You turn data and digital research into a steady stream of qualified candidates for our most critical roles.
Core Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute advanced sourcing plans to find passive talent. You'll determine which platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, niche forums) and techniques (Boolean, X-ray search) will yield the best results.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Sourcing Specialists. You'll set their daily outreach targets, review their search strings, and coach them on how to write compelling cold emails.
- Pipeline Management: Oversee the health of our Talent Pools. You ensure that we have a bench of qualified candidates ready for upcoming or recurring roles so we never start from zero.
- Market Intelligence: Act as an internal consultant by providing leadership with real-time data on competitor hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Diversity & Inclusion (D&I): Lead specialized sourcing initiatives to ensure our candidate slates are diverse and inclusive, reaching underrepresented talent across all departments.
- Tool Optimization: Serve as the power user and administrator for our sourcing tech stack, including LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and AI-sourcing platforms.
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on team metrics such as Response Rates, Sourced-to-Interview ratios, and Channel Effectiveness.
