Job Description

The position is responsible to support the alignment and delivery of designated HR Pillar (Retention) across the Thermal Business Group working with other human resources personnel in the group as focal person. The position is also responsible for employee data integrity by ensuring competence and development of HR BP Specialists .

The position is responsible for expert HR support across sites, performing complex tasks, and partnering with HR BP Managers and Team Leaders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any of these courses: Behavioral Science, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Mass Communication or other relevant courses
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience
  • With experience timekeeping and payroll administration, benefits administration, performance management and policy making and integration
  • Involved in compensation studies, HR system related projects
  • Familiar with HR Regulatory and Compliance
