Experience working within a commercial BPO environment, including direct interaction and collaboration with external clients:
- Proven capability in overseeing HR operations for a workforce of 300+ employees, managing the full employee lifecycle
- Strong expertise in core HR functions such as Employee Data Management (EDM), compensation & benefits, and payroll, with experience delivering HR services in a client-facing setup
- Over 18 years of experience in the BPO industry, with extensive exposure to HR operations and service delivery
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, SOW-driven projects, ensuring timely delivery of defined milestones
