Position Summary

The Human Resources and Talent Management Specialist provide back-office administrative and operational support across two functional areas: General Human Resources Administration and Talent Management. This role supports the Americas Services business partners by maintaining accurate human resources records, processing employee data, and coordinating employee development activities. The position reports into Manila Services and will work in coordination with the United States-based human resources team under the oversight of Dee Paulo (PurgeRite).

Job Responsibilities

GENERAL HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATION:

  • Process and record employee certifications into human resources systems accurately and on time
  • Conduct verifications of employment as requested by employees, external parties, or authorized representatives
  • Extract and compile data from employee records to develop and maintain standardized templates
  • Update supervisor assignments and reporting structures in the human resources system as organizational changes occur
  • Assist with W-2 preparation and updates in coordination with payroll and human resources leadership

Talent Management

  • Develop and create content in support of training programs, onboarding materials, and learning initiatives
  • Conduct eLearning audits and assess alignment of course content with defined core competencies
  • Build and document career development plans using established templates and frameworks
  • Coordinate class scheduling, manage registration logistics, and distribute calendar invitations to participants
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Human Resources certification (such as Professional in Human Resources or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a human resources administrative or talent management support role.
  • Proficiency in human resources information systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems and eLearning platforms preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment verification processes and payroll support activities preferred.
  • Experience in a shared services or business process outsourcing environment is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy in human resources records and reporting.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and professional integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Customer focus and service orientation toward internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
