HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist with strong hands-on expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and proven experience leading a payroll team. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of payroll compliance, and the ability to manage payroll operations accurately, efficiently, and within strict timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
• Review payroll calculations, tax computations, and statutory contributions.
• Ensure compliance with applicable payroll and government regulations.
• Lead, guide, and support the payroll team in daily operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records.
• Investigate and resolve payroll-related discrepancies and employee concerns.
• Monitor payroll controls, deadlines, and processing timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payroll delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience, including salary runs, tax computation, and statutory benefits.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising a payroll team.
• Strong functional knowledge of payroll processes, with the ability to clearly explain and execute payroll activities—not just general exposure.
• Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including tax submissions and statutory contributions such as SSS, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
• Experience with payroll controls, audits, and timeline management.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
