Job description:
The HR Service Payroll Delivery Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with labor and tax regulations, and effective coordination with HR and Finance teams. This role supports the end-to-end payroll cycle, manages employee queries, and contributes to process improvements for payroll delivery services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time
- Review payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory contributions
- Ensure compliance with payroll and government regulations
- Lead and support the payroll team
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve payroll-related issues
Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on, end-to-end payroll processing experience (salary runs, tax computation, statutory benefits)
- At least 3 years leading or supervising a payroll team
- SAP experience as a working tool within payroll execution
Core Competencies
- Strong functional depth in payroll able to clearly articulate processes, not just exposure
- Solid grasp of payroll compliance: tax submissions, statutory contributions (e.g., SSS, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
- Experienced in payroll controls, audits, and timeline management
- Comfortable coordinating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Proficient in MS Excel; strong analytical and communication skills
