What You'll Do
- Deliver highquality reporting and data analysis across key people programs, including remuneration review, headcount, turnover, engagement, and HR lifecycle activities.
- Prepare, validate, and analyze data that supports smart decisionmaking across remuneration, diversity, workforce planning, and talent initiatives.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and repeatable templates that ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency.
- Ensure compliance through accurate, timely submissions for governance and regulatory reporting.
- Translate complex data into meaningful insights and business narratives for reports, presentations, and leadership updates.
- Strengthen data literacy across the People team by sharing knowledge, tools, and bestpractice reporting methods.
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and security standards.
Key Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, or related field.
- At least 5 years experience in HR, people analytics, or workforce reporting activities such as remuneration, headcount, or compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Workday Reporting, or similar).
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present workforce insights clearly.
- High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accuracy in fastpaced, deadlinedriven environments.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Understanding of data privacy principles and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Work setup:- Manila (BGC, Taguig): Aligned with Perth business hours (8 AM 5PM); full-time remote role.
