Job Description

  • Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.).
  • Screen resumes and applications; conduct initial phone or in-person interviews.
  • Schedule interviews and exams with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and credential verifications.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and databases.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and job offers.
  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires.
  • Generate recruitment reports and metrics as required by management.
  • Participate in job fairs and other recruitment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company recruitment policies.
  • Support other HR functions as needed (e.g., orientation, employee records, training logistics).
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Team player with a proactive and professional attitude.
