- EDUCATIONAL ATTAINMENT
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Psychology and other related course
- REQUIRED/ NEEDED EXPERIENCES/ SKILLS
- Preferably with at least six (6) months experience in recruitment and selection function
- Fluent in oral and written communications.
- Computer literate
- With excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Pleasing personality and ability to get along with others.
- Can work under pressure.
- Trustworthy, hardworking, resourceful, and dependable.
- Strong drive and focus on achieving department and company goals.
- Willing to work long hours and willing to be assigned to other branches.
