Education
HR Recruiter Job Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.

Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Attraction:
- Develop and post job ads on various platforms.
- Source candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Attend job fairs and career events to attract potential candidates.
Screening & Interviewing
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct initial screening calls or interviews.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Administer assessments or pre-employment tests if required.
Coordination & Administration
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Collaboration
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Provide recommendations on candidate selection.
- Help managers create clear job descriptions.
Process Improvement
- Recommend improvements to recruiting processes.
- Track metrics like time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality of hire.
Onboarding Support
- Assist with offer letters and pre-employment documentation.
- Support onboarding processes and orientation as needed.
