We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate with foundational talent acquisition experience to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment.

Duties And Responsibilities

Support end-to-end recruitment process.
Source and identify potential candidates using various channels.
Screen resumes and applications to access qualifications and experience.
Conduct initial screening and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidates databases and recruitment tracking systems.
Perform other ad-hoc recruitment-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Prior experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (practicum, internships, or part-time roles).
Strong understanding of basic recruitment principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
