Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to hiring
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job portals, social media, and other platforms to attract top talent
- Job Postings: Create and post engaging job advertisements across various channels
- Onboarding: Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation to ensure successful employee integration
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field
- Experience: 12 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Technical Skills: Familiar with recruitment platforms and social media sourcing
- License: Registered Psychometrician (preferred)
- Availability: Can start immediately
