*Key Responsibilities*
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to hiring
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms
- Create and post job advertisements across various channels
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation to ensure smooth employee integration
*Qualifications*
- Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field
- Licensed Psychometrician (REQUIRED)
- 23 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Familiar with recruitment tools and social media sourcing
