The ideal candidate will also demonstrate advanced proficiency in recruiting using various platforms to identify top candidates across the organization, including in software development, marketing, and customer support.
Responsibilities:- Actively recruit potential employees through tasks such as crafting job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, performing background checks, and extending offer letters
- Leverage recruitment tools and platforms, including but not limited to Workable & BambooHR, to streamline and enhance the recruitment process
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events, while maintaining an organized agenda
- Collaborate with managers and the company trainer to ensure employees receive proper training
- Monitor and meet all candidate review deadlines
- Stay updated on the latest HR trends and best practices
- Provide support on other assigned projects
Work Schedule:- Minimum 40 hours per week of consultancy work
- Time worked over 40 hours must be approved by management prior to rendering services
- Remote work arrangement, work from home
- Work hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5 PM, Philippine Time (PH Time)
RequirementsQualifications:
- 4 years of experience as an HR recruiter (technical, customer service, human resources)
- Experience sourcing and hiring operations and technical staff, customer support and marketing teams
- Experience in reviewing resumes, interviewing and sourcing talent
- Effective HR administration and people management skills
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, Google Suite and related business and communication tools
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Highly articulate in conversational and written English
- Works directly with upper management including executive team
