Job Description

As a Product Management Engineer, you will support the design, enhancement, and implementation of HR technology solutions across Core HR (Time-to-Pay) and Talent Management (Hire-to-Retire) processes.

You will work closely with product managers, HR process experts, and technical teams to help improve employee experience and HR operational efficiency.

To be trained as level 3 support and assist implementation/rollout projects for Core HR (Time-to-Pay) and/or Talent Management (Hire-to-Retire) functions:

Help document issues, conduct initial analysis, and escalate complex cases appropriately.

Assist in Product design, feature development, and/or enhancement of HR applications for Core

HR (Time-to-Pay) and/or Talent Management (Hire-to-Retire) functions

  • Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and HR service line process experts to design user-centric features
  • Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Help translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Participate in testing new features and system improvements.

System Architecture & Integration

  • Assist in maintaining system configurations and documentation.
  • Support integration testing with third-party platforms (e.g., payroll providers, compliance systems).
  • Help monitor system performance and report potential issues.
  • Prototyping & User Testing
  • Build prototypes and/or minimum viable products (MVPs) and conduct usability testing with HR service line end-users.
  • Gather feedback to refine features and improve user and processor experience.
  • Data Management & Compliance
  • Ensure secure handling of sensitive employee data in compliance with data privacy laws and company policies.
  • Implement audit trails, role-based access controls, and encryption protocols.
  • Quality Assurance & Issue Resolution
  • Collaborate with HR service line process experts, Subject Matter Experts, and/or Process Excellence teams to ensure control points are executed appropriately.
  • Track issues and ensure proper documentation and resolution follow-ups.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR service lines and business unit teams to understand real business scenarios.
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation.
  • Assist in developing user guides and training materials.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation
  • Stay updated on HR process and technology trends and propose innovative features (e.g., AI-driven analytics, chatbots for employee queries).
  • Participate in product roadmap discussions as part of learning exposure.

WHO ARE YOU

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Basic understanding of systems, databases, or process flows.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a cross-functional environment.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with other HR solutions (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow as a fulfiller.
  • ESS implementation experience.
  • SaaS HR Certifications
  • ITIL
