About The Job

The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives within the HR organization, with the goal of increasing efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing overall performance through process optimization, automation and digitalization.

What You'll Do

  • Leading process improvement teams and directing timely completion of projects that support critical goals and employee satisfaction requirements and serves as the departmental point of contact for specific project initiatives and best practices.
  • Working across all HR functions with process owners, champions, and business leaders to facilitate setting priorities, developing agendas and designing objectives related to HR Process Excellence.
  • Training and coaching team members, process owners and project champions in the use of problem-solving and process design tools, methodologies and techniques to drive continuous improvement and develop a Process Excellence mindset.
  • Leading cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of process improvement projects, ensuring that timelines and KPIs are met.
  • Conducting process audits to identify opportunities for improvement and developing action plans to address identified issues.
  • Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement in existing processes.
  • Working with management to determine strategy for new initiatives or projects.
  • Demonstrating strong project management skills, including an ability to plan and execute projects that meet cost, resource and outcome expectations; manage complex and/or competing priorities effectively; and meet commitments in an accurate and timely manner

What You Need To Have

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, data analytics, and systems development, related to HR or financial services industry.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Energy and drive to promote and manage change
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English both written and spoken. Ability to communicate ideas and concepts.
  • Quality and result oriented
  • Good planning, organizing, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
