Job Description

We are hiring a detail-driven and highly organized HR & Payroll Administrator to support critical people operations across payroll, HR, recruiting, and executive support.

This role is not administrative in name only. You will handle US payroll accuracy, compliance, and employee-facing HR support—areas where mistakes are not acceptable.

If you have hands-on US payroll experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities without supervision, this role will fit you.

What You Will Own

US Payroll (Core Function)

  • Process biweekly US payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Audit timesheets, resolve discrepancies, and validate PTO, overtime, and adjustments
  • Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll laws and tax regulations
  • Manage payroll-impacting changes (new hires, terminations, compensation updates)
  • Generate payroll reports for leadership

HR Operations

  • Act as the primary contact for HR-related employee concerns
  • Maintain accurate employee records and compliance documentation
  • Support employee relations with proper documentation and follow-through
  • Assist in building and maintaining HR policies and procedures

Benefits Administration

  • Handle employee benefit enrollment and updates
  • Support open enrollment and benefits communication
  • Ensure compliance with benefits processes and documentation

Recruiting & Hiring Support

  • Manage job postings, screening, and interview coordination
  • Track candidates and move them through the hiring pipeline
  • Support onboarding and documentation

(Recruiting experience is a plus. Training can be provided.)

Provider Scheduling

  • Build and maintain accurate schedules across multiple locations
  • Manage time-off requests and coverage gaps
  • Ensure systems (Paylocity, Athena, Clarus) reflect correct schedules

Executive Support

  • Manage calendars, meetings, and priorities for leadership
  • Track deliverables and follow-ups
  • Handle confidential materials and communications

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven US payroll processing experience
  • Strong understanding of US payroll laws, taxes, and compliance
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong English communication (written and verbal)
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities without supervision
  • Experience with payroll/HR systems (Paylocity preferred)
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion

Work Setup

  • 100% Remote
  • Rate: Up to $7/hour
  • Must be available for US working hours (3:00 AM – 1:00 PM MST)
