We are expanding our team and looking for an HR Officer who will be instrumental in developing strong people operations, ensuring compliance with labor standards, and promoting a high-performance, growth-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Coordinate with department heads on manpower needs and hiring plans.
- Prepare job descriptions, contracts, and onboarding schedules.
- Conduct employee orientations and ensure smooth integration into teams.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Support employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and internal communications.
- Handle employee feedback, minor disputes, and assist in implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Maintain healthy work relationships between management and employees.
3. Performance & Development
- Oversee quarterly staff evaluations and compile HR reports for management review.
- Support learning and development initiatives across departments.
- Assist in the implementation of coaching, performance improvement, and recognition systems.
4. HR Administration & Compliance
- Maintain accurate employee records and 201 files.
- Monitor attendance, leaves, and disciplinary records in coordination with supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with DOLE standards and statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Prepare HR reports, memos, and other official documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or multi-department setup.
- Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRIS/ERP systems.
- Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
