Your Role

As an HR, Payroll and Finance Officer , you are responsible for:

  • Identifying open roles - coordinating with the Hiring Managers (Masoud, Shireen, Ravin)
  • Job Advertisement postings through different portals
  • Contacting candidates and scheduling interviews as needed
  • Onboarding process
  • Preparing contracts and starting documents
  • Enrollment of new hires to HR/Payroll-related portals
  • Assigning online safety training to new hires
  • Liaise with the IT Team for needed work email accounts and/or server access
  • Offboarding process
  • Employee Relation
  • Preparing wage increase letters, incentives agreements, and the like.
  • Updating MYOB for payroll-related changes
  • Creating evaluation forms, assisting Managers in completing evaluation forms, and conducting review meetings
  • Creating and updating HR-related documents
  • Monitoring HR-related portals and maintaining up-to-date information
  • Attending to HR-related concerns promptly
  • Other tasks as requested by the POC
  • Generating apprentice-related documents as needed
  • Preparing and completing visa sponsorship documents – liaise with the Migration Agent
  • Payroll Timekeeping for payroll
  • Entering hours on MYOB and processing payroll every fortnight
  • Preparing Payroll Tax summary for payment processing
  • Assistance in Finance

Qualifications:

  • Experience in recruitment
  • Knowledge of HR-related portals
  • Familiarity with MYOB
  • Understanding of Labour-related matters
  • Ability to create HR-related documents
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Knowledge of timekeeping for payroll
  • Familiarity with Abel
  • Understanding of accounts receivable invoicing
  • Ability to assist in finance tasks
