In-charge of recruitment processes, form screening resumes and scheduling/ conducting initial interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.
Facilitate employee relations (Issuance of NTE, NOD, NOA).
Coordinate with HR on Incident reports, disciplinary notices, or leave balance requests.
Preparation of Timekeeping data and submission to HR Specialist for payroll processing.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ HR/Business, relevant experience 1-3+ years in HR focusing on talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, and training.
