Job Description

In-charge of recruitment processes, form screening resumes and scheduling/ conducting initial interviews.

Support onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Facilitate employee relations (Issuance of NTE, NOD, NOA).

Coordinate with HR on Incident reports, disciplinary notices, or leave balance requests.

Daily checking of employees time In & Out form the Security guards logbook.

Preparation of Timekeeping data and submission to HR Specialist for payroll processing.

Approved duly filled out Official Business (OB) Form for those employees leaving the garage during working hours.

Summarizing and checking of the Daily Accomplishment Report of the Motorpool employees submitted by the Chief Mechanic.

Daily rounds in the Motorpool area every two (2) hours.

Address employee payroll-related inquiries and resolve any issues in coordination with HR Specialist for Timekeeping/C&B.

Prepare salary offers and employment contracts to new hires.

Help implement HR policies and ensure compliance.

Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Admin

Daily checking of the records of trucks (Plate #) & Trailers (MV File #) leaving and returning to the garage.

Monitoring of truck permits & issuance, ensures all documents pertaining to permits are filed and complete.

Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
