Responsibilities
Key Task
- Execute HR plans and policies as per the business needs of the defined organization
- Provide guidance and consulting on HR matters while drawing on specialists or team members as needed.
- Deliver key HR activities either through own teams or centers of expertise and provide HR service portfolio to defined organization
- Ensure process improvement and modify/ adapt HR processes to better suit the needs of defined organization.
- Implement HR policies that comply with statutory regulations and are consistent with internal and external best practices.
- Manage vendor/ service relationship and service level agreements with specific Business unit/ partner for range of HR services (e.g. compliance to general labor standards)
Business Mana gement Review Participation Reporting
- Strategic partner of business leaders in the development and implementation of programs affecting people
- Active participation in the site management or business reviews
- Create and deliver value to all stakeholders by reducing costs of processing employee information and by providing accurate and timely services.
Data & Trend Analysis
- Provide people related statistics, data or information to business leaders for guidance in making informed and intelligent decisions
People Performance Management
- Monitor employee performance at the site
- Implement talent retention program
- Proactively handle employee concerns
- Advocate positive reinforcement but administer employee discipline as necessary.
Industrial Relation and Employee Engagement
- Organize and implement employee engagement programs
- Implement employee communication programs
- Lead and/or proactively participate in change or improvement programs and initiatives
- Implement rewards and recognition program in partnership with site leaders to boost employee motivation and increase productivity.
Requirements
- Preferably with exposure in manufacturing or logistics/supply chain industry managing 250 and above number of employees
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Background in all HR functions (recruitment, employee engagement, labor relations, compensation and benefits)
- Experienced in Labor Laws and Employee Relations
