Job Overview

The HR & Operations Manager oversees the organization's human resources and operational functions, ensuring effective people management, compliance with labor laws, and alignment with business objectives. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy development, training, benefits administration, and HR systems management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
  • Lead new employee orientation and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations, ensuring fairness and compliance with labor laws.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs aligned with organizational goals and Philippine labor regulations.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Oversee performance management systems, including performance appraisals and employee evaluations.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including contracts and other employment documentation.
  • Ensure effective utilization and maintenance of the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in an HR managerial or senior HR generalist role.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience using HRIS platforms is an advantage.

Work Arrangement
  • Onsite work requirement: Minimum of 4 days per week.
