Responsibilities
As an HR Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing, maintaining, and improving Human Capital processes and systems to align with organizational goals.
- Acting as a bridge between business users, IT teams, and software vendors to ensure seamless communication and successful implementations.
- Understanding vendor platform technology capabilities and limitations to assess compatibility with business needs.
- Proactively identifying and recommending improvements to processes and systems to drive efficiency and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborating with software vendors to evaluate, test, and implement future design releases and system updates.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.
- Leading cross-functional teams to support HR transformation initiatives and system upgrades.
- Providing training and support to HR team members and end-users to enhance adoption of HR tools.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Solid working knowledge of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes and systems, such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating between business users, vendors, and IT teams.
- Strong understanding of vendor platform technology possibilities and limitations.
- Proven ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements in HR systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with project management skills to prioritize multiple projects effectively.
