Description

  • The Assistant Manager - HR Operations will play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various operational tasks. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage HR processes and contribute to the overall employee experience within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Manager in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Assist in performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and retention programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10-15 years of experience in HR operations or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management.
  • Comfortable working hybrid on a SHIFTING SCHEDULE (TAGUIG)
