Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor a wide range of Workday transactions (job/position changes, compensation updates, hires, terminations) while ensuring data accuracy through audits and validations.
  • Provide firstlevel support to employees and managers for Workday navigation, selfservice tasks, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Handle Workday ticket queues, collaborate with COE to meet SLAs, and support system updates through testing, impact analysis, and documentation maintenance.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, exercising sound judgment in situations not covered by standard procedures or guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams, offering process guidance and delivering clear, customerfocused support.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources/Workday Systems and strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle workflows
  • Background handling Workday and/or Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Amenability to work on mid shift

  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools
  • Demonstrates effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to clearly convey informa tion and ideas to diverse audiences.
