5+ years of progressive leadership in HRBP, Accounting, Infrastructure, or Operations. demonstrate a consistent ability to enhance efficiency, manage complex workflows, maintain service standards, and successfully guide teams through significant growth and change.
Core Responsibilities
Compliance and Financial Expert
Deep, practical knowledge of the Republic of the Philippines Labor Code, all local labor laws, and reporting requirements. Will be the definitive authority for compliant, ethical operations.
Facilities & Asset Management
Ensure the security and scalability of our IT environment by directing the Desktop and Networking (DAN) team. Direct all maintenance, vendor negotiations, and future office acquisitions to support headcount growth.
Cross-Functional Talent Developer
Compelling history as a proactive manager and mentor, successfully leading and developing diverse, cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Finance/Accounting, HR). Dedicated to cultivating continuous process improvement, psychological safety, and professional development to maximize team potential.
