Job Description

Employee Engagement & Employee Relations

  • Plan, organize, and implement employee engagement programs and company activities such as team buildings, year-end parties, sports events, employee recognition programs, monthly celebrations, and other company-wide initiatives to promote a positive and motivated work environment.
  • Coordinate and manage company events from preparation to execution, including budgeting, logistics, venue coordination, program flow, and employee participation.
  • Develop and execute engagement strategies and activities that strengthen teamwork, improve employee morale, and enhance workplace culture.
  • Handle employee relations concerns by addressing employee inquiries, workplace issues, conflicts, and disciplinary matters in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Prepare and monitor disciplinary documentation including Notices to Explain (NTE), Notices of Decision (NOD), incident reports, administrative hearing documents, and other related employee case records.
  • Conduct investigations regarding employee incidents, violations, complaints, and workplace concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and monitoring of employee cases, corrective actions, counseling sessions, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Serve as a liaison between management and employees to ensure effective communication, fair treatment, and healthy working relationships within the organization.
  • Assist in implementing company policies, code of conduct, and HR programs to ensure employee compliance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Support employee welfare initiatives and contribute to creating a productive, engaging, and harmonious workplace environment.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure successful execution of HR activities, employee programs, and organizational initiatives.
