JOB TITLE: HR Officer

LOCATION: BGC, Taguig

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, On-site

SALARY RANGE: 25,00035,000 (depending on experience)

ROLE OVERVIEW

The HR Officer supports and implements core HR functions across our cafs and kiosks. The role works with the HR team and reports directly to the Owner / Business Director. This position handles recruitment, employee relations, timekeeping, and compliance, ensuring consistent and legally sound HR operations across all locations.

The role includes partial to full labor case ownership for routine employee relations matters, with escalation to the Owner / Business Director for major disciplinary actions and terminations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles

Conduct onboarding and employee orientation

Handle routine employee relations cases (tardiness, performance, minor misconduct)

Issue NTEs, conduct administrative hearings, and prepare disciplinary documentation

Recommend disciplinary actions and coordinate terminations with management approval

Monitor attendance, schedules, and timekeeping

Coordinate payroll inputs and government compliance requirements

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records

Support store managers on HR policies and procedures

Assist in improving HR systems and processes as the company grows

LABOR CASE OWNERSHIP

Owns routine employee relations cases from investigation to recommendation

Prepares and documents disciplinary actions

Coordinates with management on terminations and escalated labor cases

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

24 years experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist

Working knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance

Experience in hospitality, retail, or service-oriented industries preferred

Familiar with timekeeping, payroll coordination, and HR systems (Sprout HR is a plus)

Strong documentation, discretion, and independent working ability

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday to Friday, 9am6pm

Occasional Saturdays for training or company activities
