Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
  • Manage HRIS to ensure accurate employee records and HR data.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and address related inquiries.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HRIS and talent management software.
  • Skills and Competencies: Experience in recruitment and employee relations.
