Job Title: HR/Admin Officer
Location: 18F/18B Glaston Tower Office-Based
Salary: 22,000 28,000 per month (Negotiable based on qualifications and relevant experience)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM 6:00 PM (Compressed schedule available)
About The Role
We are seeking an early to mid-career HR/Admin professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 58 years of relevant experience and will be evaluated based on skills, experience, and overall fit for the role. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to HR and administrative functions while working closely with the companys leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance
- Assist with administrative functions and ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate with management to implement HR policies and programs
Requirements
- Experience: 35 years of relevant HR/Admin experience/Generalist
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Early to mid-career professional with a proven track record in HR/Admin functions
- With pleasing personality
- Education: Graduate of BS Psychology or HR-related courses
- Residing in Metro Manila (accepted areas: BGC, Mandaluyong, Pasig, Ortigas, QC)
- Single - No dependent
Reporting Line
Reports directly to the Vice President & President of the company.
