HRIS Staff is responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Human Resources Information System to ensure accurate and efficient processing of HR data, support HR operations, and provide timely reports to stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
System Management & Maintenance- Update and maintain employee records in the HRIS (e.g., personal details, employment history, benefits enrollment).
Perform regular system audits to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies promptly.Coordinate with IT teams for system upgrades, troubleshooting, and security enhancements.2. Data Processing & Reporting
Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, training completion) for management.
Process HR transactions through the system, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., Data Privacy Act of the Philippines) when handling sensitive employee information.3. Support & Training
Assist HR team members and employees with HRIS-related inquiries and technical issues.- Develop user guides and conduct training sessions for new and existing users on system functionality.
Process Improvement- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes using HRIS capabilities.
Collaborate with HR departments to align system configurations with organizational needs
Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HRIS administration, HR operations, or similar roles; familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, local Philippine systems) is preferred.
Skills: Strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access), knowledge of HR processes and data privacy laws, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
