- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Conduct reference and background checks.
- Prepare job offers and employment contracts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of employment documentation.
- Coordinate employee exits, clearance processes, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and HR-related inquiries.
- Support conflict resolution and employee engagement initiatives.
- Promote positive workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
- Assist in implementing employee wellness and recognition programs.
- Maintain HR databases and personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate mandatory government and statutory requirements.

- Coordinate company-wide communications and announcements.
- Support special projects assigned by leadership.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- Experience handling recruitment, employee relations, HR documentation, and office administration.
- Experience supporting senior executives is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with HRIS systems and payroll software is preferred.
- Strong report-writing and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
