The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting and implementing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, policy implementation, and labor law compliance. This role serves as a key link between management and employees, ensuring a positive work environment while supporting organizational goals and maintaining HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Administer employee records, benefits, and HR documentation.
- Assist in employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Coordinate training and employee development programs.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, and HR compliance requirements.
- Ensure implementation of company policies and adherence to labor regulations.
- Prepare HR reports and support various HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
- Familiar with government compliance such as DOLE, SSS, Phic, HDMF requirements.
- Experience in time-keeping or payroll processing is an advantage.
