The HR Officer is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances and adjustments. This role manages government- mandated remittances and loan reporting while servingas a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing personnel concerns and supporting day to day employee communications.
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or equivalent.
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years of experience in HR Compensation and benefits or payroll processing.
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor laws and government benefits systems( SSS, Phil health, Pag- ibig, BIR)
- Basic Knowledge of tax computation and reporting.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other HR Payroll systems.
- Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be willing to work in Greenhills, San Juan City.
