Job Summary:
The HR Officer (Generalist) will supervise the core HR functions supporting a real estate client in Iloilo City. This role covers HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and training support for corporate, sales, and project-based employees.
The HR Officer will partner closely with department heads to ensure efficient workforce management, compliance with labor laws, and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee movement processes
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Monitor attendance, leave, and manpower reports
- Support employee welfare and HR reporting

Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Manage employee concerns and disciplinary cases
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies
- Guide supervisors on proper documentation and due process
- Coordinate with government agencies when necessary

. Learning and Development:
- Support training coordination and implementation
- Assist in employee engagement and development initiatives
- Help identify training needs and monitor program effectiveness
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 35 years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws
- Experience in real estate or sales-driven organizations is an advantage
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to work fully onsite in Iloilo City
