What You'll Do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, and onboarding of project and head office staff
- Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company standards
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
- Coordinate with Project Managers and Department Heads on manpower planning
- Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO requirements
- Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration in coordination with Accounting
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related
courses
- 58 years solid experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist (construction industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems
