Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, and onboarding of project and head office staff
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company standards
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions, and performance management
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Department Heads on manpower planning
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ISO requirements
  • Support payroll, timekeeping, and benefits administration in coordination with Accounting

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related

courses

  • 58 years solid experience as an HR Officer or HR Generalist (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, employee relations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Organized, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS/ERP systems
