We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support HR and administrative operations. This entry-level role will focus on clerical and administrative tasks, with gradual exposure to broader HR responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Handle clerical and administrative support for the HR and Office Admin team.
- Manage attendance monitoring, timekeeping, and preparation of reports.
- Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain filing, document processing, and other routine admin tasks.
- Assist with pre-employment requirements and basic onboarding tasks.
- Coordinate office maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
- Process reimbursements, petty cash requests, and other related admin tasks.
- Handle the processing of business permit renewals and other government-related certificates.
- Any other task assigned by the Company from time to time.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
- Any 4-year course; HR, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Discreet, proactive, and willing to learn.
