Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to support HR and administrative operations. This entry-level role will focus on clerical and administrative tasks, with gradual exposure to broader HR responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Handle clerical and administrative support for the HR and Office Admin team.
  • Manage attendance monitoring, timekeeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Handle procurement of office supplies and coordinate with vendors.
  • Maintain filing, document processing, and other routine admin tasks.
  • Assist with pre-employment requirements and basic onboarding tasks.
  • Coordinate office maintenance requests and follow up with service providers.
  • Process reimbursements, petty cash requests, and other related admin tasks.
  • Handle the processing of business permit renewals and other government-related certificates.
  • Any other task assigned by the Company from time to time.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
  • Any 4-year course; HR, Business Administration, or related fields are a plus.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Discreet, proactive, and willing to learn.
