Company Description The Lead Realty is a multi-awarded real estate consultancy firm in the Philippines, providing thorough and transparent end-to-end services in buying, selling, leasing, and investing in mid to ultra high-end properties for local and international clients. The firm specializes in marketing, property investment advisory, property management, after-sales service, and bank financing and loan assistance. Established in 2017 as IMLEAD Realty in McKinley Hill, Taguig City, it evolved into The Lead Realty with a growing team and now operates from Bonifacio Global City. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site HR Manager role based in Taguig. The HR Manager will oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding for brokers, agents, partners, and support staff. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, managing benefits and payroll coordination, and maintaining accurate HR records. The HR Manager will support leadership with workforce planning, training and development initiatives, and culture-building activities that align with the company's growth and service standards. The position requires close collaboration with management and team leads to address HR-related concerns and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and interviewing, with experience sourcing and hiring for sales and corporate roles.
  • Proficiency in performance management, goal setting, and conducting evaluations to support employee growth and accountability.
  • Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives that foster a respectful and collaborative workplace.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor law compliance, and HR documentation, including contracts, records, and HR reporting.
  • Ability to design and deliver training, onboarding, and development programs tailored to diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in HR processes and data handling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with leadership and staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency with HRIS or HR-related software and common office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
  • Previous HR generalist or HR manager experience, preferably within real estate, consulting, or a fast-growing service-oriented organization.
