Role Description The HR Officer Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Taguig, responsible for overseeing and implementing HR operations that support the company's growing team. This role manages end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, performance management support, and employee relations initiatives to foster a positive, inclusive work environment. The HR Officer Manager develops, maintains, and communicates HR policies and job descriptions, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and alignment with organizational goals. Daily tasks include coordinating HR administration, maintaining accurate employee records, handling HR-related queries, and collaborating with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development. The role also involves organizing training and development activities, supporting compensation and benefits administration, and contributing to HR process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
  • Ability to develop, implement, and update HR Policies and procedures aligned with legal requirements and company standards.
  • Proficiency in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, engagement initiatives, and supporting a respectful workplace.
  • Experience in Job Description Development, workforce planning, and role profiling to support recruitment and performance management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on-site in Taguig and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or professional services environment is an advantage.
