Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Talent Management Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the talent acquisition process, developing and implementing talent management strategies, and focusing on culture and engagement initiatives. The Talent Management Manager will lead efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture.

Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Manage the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making job offers, including background checks and reference checks, and pre-employment requirement completion - while ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with hiring managers and the Head of HR to understand staffing/headcount needs, and develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives and attract top talents
    • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building
    • Develop and monitor recruitment systems/platforms and procedures across the organization, analyze recruitment data, and provide regular reports and insights to key stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors
    • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience by proactively gathering candidate feedback, and recommending improvements to the candidate experience roadmap
    • Work on special projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
    • Manage the end-to-end pre and onboarding processes for all employee types (Full-time employees, Interns, Contractors, etc.), and ensure that pre and onboarding activities are delivered seamlessly in a customer-centric way
    • Guide new hires to complete pre-employment requirements before onboarding (including statutory registrations for fresh graduates), and ensure 100% compliance with document submission and local compliances
    • Facilitate New Hire Orientation for all new hires, and develop and deliver effective onboarding and training programs that support new hires success and engagement

  • Engagement and Employer Branding
    • Lead and implement initiatives on all employee engagement activities and company events
    • Work closely with the HR Business Partners and HR Head in conducting regular pulse surveys and other employee engagement initiatives to measure and improve employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational culture
    • Lead employer branding initiatives (from conception and planning to implementation) to attract top talent
    • Work on special projects and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Skills And Experience Requirements


  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Talent Management
  • Ability to do end-to-end recruitment with vast experience in executive and technical hiring (planning, sourcing, interviewing, up to offer and onboarding stage)
  • Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Strong understanding of recruitment and onboarding best practices, current trends, and compliances, and conducting top-of-the-funnel recruitment marketing activities (e.g. employer branding, recruitment fairs, etc)
  • Relevant experience in culture and engagement
  • Strong change management skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • An interest in supporting wider HR activities outside of recruitment
