Job Summary
The HR Manager will oversee the overall Human Resources operations of Litecrete Corp.,
ensuring that all HR processes, policies, and practices are compliant with labor laws and aligned with company objectives. The role also handles legal documentation, payroll oversight, and people management across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management
- Ensure all HR policies, procedures, and practices are compliant with DOLE regulations and other applicable labor laws
- Handle and manage all legal documents related to employees (contracts, disciplinary actions, notices, and compliance requirements)
- Supervise and ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for office employees
- Monitor employee performance and support department heads in performance evaluations
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation
- Coordinate with management regarding workforce planning and organizational development
- Ensure proper onboarding and offboarding processes
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- With at least 35 years of experience in HR, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE compliance
- Experience in handling legal HR documents and employee cases
- Knowledgeable in payroll processing and HR systems
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- With pleasing and charming personality is a must
- Can easily adapt to the work environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
