Job Summary
The HR Manager will assist the President in ensuring the effective management planning and execution of all matters related to HR functions to support the companys strategic business goals and objectives. He/she will lead the organizations HR programs and policies as to apply to staffing, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee discipline, talent development and safety. He/she will manage the job performance of admin staffs to ensure that each talent contributes to the organizational success.
Job Requirements
- Must have at least five (5) years of working experience in HR Generalist role.
- Preferably with working experience in a retail industry, but not required.
- Possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
- Able to build HR foundation in all facet of HR.
- Proven to be effective in managing multiple projects.
- Willing to be assigned in Binondo, Manila from Mon-Fri (flexible working hours)
