The HR

Manager leads and oversees a team delivering high-quality, customer-centric HR services across Labor Relations, HRIS, Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, and related HR support functions. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing team capability, and ensuring consistent service delivery aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and compliance standards. The Manager serves as the escalation point for complex HR matters, ensures adherence to labor laws and data privacy requirements, and partners closely with HR leadership, business units, and IT to align HR services with organizational goals.
