We're looking for an HR Manager (Head of HR level) who can be both strategic partner and hands-on operator.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Own recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation
- Shape HR policies and culture across the company
- Advise leaders on org design, people issues, and change
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO, and QMS standards
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 58 years HR experience, including 5+ years in management
- Strong labor law and HR best-practice knowledge
- Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
- Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR
