We're looking for an HR Manager (Head of HR level) who can be both strategic partner and hands-on operator.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Own recruitment, onboarding, performance, and compensation
  • Shape HR policies and culture across the company
  • Advise leaders on org design, people issues, and change
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ISO, and QMS standards

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 58 years HR experience, including 5+ years in management
  • Strong labor law and HR best-practice knowledge
  • Proven leadership, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Experience with HRIS and data-driven HR
