Spearheads recruitment, selection, placement, and development of key officers and employees;
Formulates, implements, and enforces company rules and regulations and other pertinent laws and personnel policies;
Plans and implements salary standardization and increases of employees benefits;
Monitors administrative violations and the imposition of sanctions;
Manages the performance of the five (5) sections of the Human Resource Management Division and the Organizational Development Division;
Prepares annual budget for the Human Resource Management Division;
Formulates employee relations plans for recommendation to the President & CEO and the Management Committee;
Facilitates case conferences according to procedures and conducts counseling of aggrieved employees;
Formulates plans for recommendation to the President & CEO & Management Committee, systems, and standards of performance evaluation;
Formulates plans for recommendation to the President & CEO and the Management Committee on Employees Incentives, Fringe Benefits, and Awards System;
Formulates plans and recommends to the President & CEO and the Management Committee on Employees Annual Health Programs and Occupational Safety and Health Policy;
Coordinates with the Department Heads in the implementation of personnel-related development programs and activities;
Coordinates with the Department, Division, and Section Heads on administrative and employee-related issues under their supervision;
Conducts seminars, workshops, and information dissemination on personnel-related issuances;
Conducts coaching and mentoring to poor performing employees together with the immediate head of the concerned employee;
Establishes liaising services with national offices and government agencies: NCMB, NLRC, DOLE, and other regulatory offices;
Establishes and maintains Personnel Records System and Management;
Submits periodic personnel reports to concerned offices and agencies;
Job Requirements
Graduate of BS Psychology and/or Bachelor of Arts major in Personnel Management or related courses
At least 4 years experience in Personnel handling and Human Resource Management
Advanced knowledge or experience in a fully computerized working environment
Proficient in Office applications, especially spreadsheets and presentations
