Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Oversee employee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers.
- Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in the SEA region.
- Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and transparent manner.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to improve workforce effectiveness.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in Human Resources management or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
- Proficient in HR software and tools, such as HRIS, ATS, and performance management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
