Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for logistics, operations, and corporate roles.
- Develop manpower plans based on operational and business requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to identify staffing needs.
- Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Employee Relations and Engagement
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure fair implementation of company policies and procedures.
- Mediate conflicts and provide guidance to managers on HR-related issues.
3. Performance Management
- Implement and manage the performance appraisal system.
- Support department heads in setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Compensation and Benefits Administration
- Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and employee compensation programs.
- Ensure competitiveness and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Manage government-mandated benefits and employee records.
5. Training and Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
- Develop leadership and skills development programs for operational staff.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires.
6. HR Compliance and Policies
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and government regulations.
- Develop and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Maintain proper documentation of employee records and HR reports.
7. HR Operations and Administration
- Oversee daily HR operations including attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee documentation.
- Maintain HR metrics and generate reports for management decision-making.
- Support audits and regulatory requirements related to HR.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 58 years of HR experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, recruitment, and employee relations.
- Experience handling high-volume hiring for operations staff such as drivers, warehouse personnel, and logistics coordinators.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
