Job Description

The HR Manager will serve as the lead human resources partner for the Bulacan operations, responsible for driving HR initiatives that support business growth, workforce stability, and organizational effectiveness.

This role combines strategic HR partnership and hands-on execution, overseeing key HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The position requires a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and experience managing HR in a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnership

  • Act as the primary HR partner for site leadership and department heads.
  • Provide guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and talent management.
  • Support leaders in managing employee performance, engagement, and development.

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified talent across operational and support functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and succession needs.
  • Ensure efficient recruitment processes and a positive candidate experience.

Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

  • Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with legal or external advisors when necessary.

HR Operations & Policy Implementation

  • Oversee day-to-day HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and company standards.
  • Ensure HR processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.

Performance Management & Organizational Development

  • Drive performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement plans.
  • Support leadership in identifying development opportunities and succession planning.
  • Facilitate training and capability-building initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits Administration


  • Support compensation and benefits programs aligned with company policies.
  • Monitor employee benefits administration and resolve related concerns.
  • Provide insights on market competitiveness and retention strategies.

HR Reporting & Analytics

  • Track key HR metrics such as turnover, hiring progress, and workforce trends.
  • Provide HR insights and recommendations to leadership to support decision-making.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 610 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 35 years in a leadership or HR business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience supporting operations, manufacturing, logistics, or site-based environments is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and complex HR cases.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities.
